We are happy to announce that we will be re-opening the Pilates Room on 01/09/20.

We provide classical Pilates Instruction in Ayrshire. The studio is located in Irvine and is the only studio in Ayrshire that is fully equipped with authentic apparatus provided by Gratz™ Industries. ‘The original manufacturer of Pilates apparatus and the industry’s established source for authentic equipment’.

We provide One to One apparatus sessions, Duo apparatus sessions and Trio Mat & Tower classes at our studio. We also provide Pilates services to the surrounding area for people of all ages and ability levels.

'I have been attending Lisa's Pilates for over a year now.  I am in my 60's and have had a hip replacement due to arthritis. My previous job was very inactive and required me to sit at a computer or drive. I had only read about Pilates and did not know it was available in North Ayrshire. It was a surprise that Lisa's Pilates was available in Louie's Fitness Boutique In Saltcoats which is near bus, rail and has parking available. I decided to have a go. To my surprise there were people with different levels of fitness, all age groups and different shapes and sizes.
